		<description>I agree with not backing off of coffee. Don&#039;t know much about the red peppers. I think the diet thing is good to look at and it is mostly for recovery; our bodies need the nutrition to recover from tearing the muscle down. Hopefully not so far down that recovery is a trip to the ER. Anyways, sustained effort turned into sustained progress brings hope. The rest is just GUTS.</description>
